What are the best aspects of this product?

What I like about this program is that it helps our company work more efficiently. Not only does it help us see most of our projects into fruition, but it also provides a great platform for communication among co-workers. It gives us the freedom to organize our data in a way that works best for us too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The reports that we've generated on Salesforce are not as "clean" as we would like them to be. There are still hundreds of dupes and unnecessary data included in them.

We use this program to delegate tasks within the company. It's also a great platform for our email campaigns and other marketing initiatives.
