What are the best aspects of this product?

When it comes to data-gathering, you'll never be shortchanged with Salesforce. It is the best at gathering information about your clients--from their most basic information to their online activities, among other things. It is this heavy-duty data-gathering capability that powers Einstein. After all, without the correct amount of data, AI can only do so much.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One might say that Einstein is still in a testing stage. It's still an infant program and not a lot of resources nor support is available for it.

We use this for its AI and predictive capabilities.
