I love how Salesforce seems to integrate well with just about any solutions--Gmail, Pardot, and even Outlook!

It's not exactly beginner-friendly.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

There are a lot of benefits to using this program. We use this to build customer journeys and we send out most of our client communications through this tool.
