Best email/campaign management tool!

What are the best aspects of this product?

My favorite thing about Salesforce is that it allows you to customize the designs of your emails. It's also pretty easy to navigate!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope they would reduce the steps of sending out an email to our database.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We used to have a hard time monitoring the growth of our database, but Salesforce solved that and allowed us to analyze the performance of the emails that we send out.
