What are the best aspects of this product?

This software allowed us to get our messages across our 4 locations. During this pandemic, we mainly use it to send out emails about COVID updates, store policies, and office schedules. It's really convenient.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This is a very rich software, but you have to spend a lot of time learning it for you to have the full good user experience.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Having it integrated with other programs that are essential to our marketing efforts is really helpful to us! We were not able to do what we can now when we're using Salesforce competitors.
