PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Salesforce has so many great features that I love. These are: (1) its automation functions; (2) targeted campaigning; and (3) dynamic email creation. These functions optimized our mails and improved our whole email marketing and campaign process.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sharing email reports with other units are not that smooth. There are some glitches. I also find it hard to organize user permission levels.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This software made our jobs easier. It basically reduced our work hours because it automated most of our processes. It's also helpful to us in improving our services and outputs because of the review generation and reporting. Promoting our services and reaching out to our targets has also been easier now.
