Salesforce is a pretty straightforward tool that is really helpful when it comes to sales reporting and lead generation. It's also super user-friendly!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think the menu bar needs a bit of improvement! It currently has too many elements on it that can be overwhelming.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Salesforce made report generation a lot easier for us!
