What are the best aspects of this product?

Execution of campaigns was made easier with Salesforce. It's a flexible tool so you can personalize/customize the marketing email you send out based on the demographics and behavior of your targets. It's super easy to use. The drag-and-drop feature is amazing.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Debugging codes and campaigns can be challenging especially if you don't have technical experience. I also observed that it might not fit all companies, so you have to try and check if it fits your company's needs.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This is a time-saver! We were able to easily create our newsletters and simplified our lead generation efforts.
