Salesforce Email Studio does its job perfectly well! It's a reliable tool and their customer support is pretty amazing and helpful!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I honestly think this software is overpriced. I wish they could reduce their rates to accommodate startups.

We find their email marketing program really helpful for our mass email campaigns. It made things easier!
