What are the best aspects of this product?

It allows users to design marketing campaigns in a convenient way. The tool is so simple and straightforward.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The page sometimes takes time to load. I also experience some issues with the content block templates. There seemed to be an incompatibility with Outlook and the CSS of some emails.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are now able to track the clicks in our campaigns. It also improved our whole marketing process.
