PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

We can integrate completely with the platform given by Salesforce. It has become a huge part of our business and it has also been able to embed itself with the other programs that we’re using before. We have been using the services of Saleforce for many years in our business but we have just recently used the Marketing cloud element of this product. This has resulted in many positive results.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The thing that I am not comfortable with is the learning concept. With the Salesforce system one has to learn newer ways for performing old activities.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have decided to change the marketing style used in our business and for this, we have slowly been integrating the Marketing cloud component of the Salesforce. This has improved our follow through and has allowed us to reach more audience.
