What are the best aspects of this product?

Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) offers many ways to automate life cycles via software. You can start with the basics and move on to creating more advanced life cycles as your knowledge and skill improves. The vendor offers many helpful resources to assist you in doing the job.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I do not have any complaints. There are latency issues sometimes but that is normal in a complex system like SFMC.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use SFMC to customize our students’ life cycle to make it personalized for each student, route and manage replies, and create triggers based around staff actions. We have offered fulfillment solutions and solutions for regulatory and compliance issues. With the help of SFMC, we assist all the units within our enterprise to communicate more effectively.
