PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I use Social Hub automation and Social Studio which is easy to learn and integrates with most of the leading social media networks. It would benefit our retail business if I can forward customer queries through customer support. I like the fact that the vendor regularly updates the system and heeds feedback to improve the product.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Since we are located in Pacific Atlantic time, it is a bit annoying to use the Calendar/Publish feature with dates and adding content and notes. Plus, I wish we could add customizable colors for different business units and activities.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It is great to have a single platform to monitor social networks and perform social listening. This helps us to have trigger alerts in place to notify us about increase in mentions. We can update listening keywords quickly which helps us to become more efficient and saves plenty of time.
