PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) is easy to use and highly scalable for complex projects and tasks. We use the system to manage our basic as well as complex email communications and messages. We manage multiple brands and SFMC enables us keep our communications separate between different brands. Plus, it is easy to manage your contacts even if they use more than one brand. The phone support agents are prompt and efficient, and resolve issues quickly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I do not have any complaints. They are working to improve the already efficient integration with Salesforce Sales Cloud, so there is nothing to point out as a drawback.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We operate multiple brands and customers who use multiple products. SFMC helps us to treat all our clients as one contact and keep track of their position in our sales/marketing cycle. The app also helps us comply with the requirements and regulations of the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
