What are the best aspects of this product?
I mainly use the email marketing cloud. I use the app to organize all my projects and utilize useful tools like A/B testing to ensure I send effective and successful emails.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The email support can be tedious as it can be difficult to clarify details over email. It is better to call the support team and share a screen to get the issue resolved rather than send multiple emails.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We are currently using the app to get a higher open rate for our emails and use the A/B testing tool to check which of two subject lines gets more response. We test each subject line on 10% of our subscriber list and send the winning line to the rest of the subscribers.
