PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Presently, we’re using the version 2.0 of the ET’s enterprise and the tool has been proved out to be greatly flexible as it can do just anything that we ask it to. Each month, we send around 80 million emails which have been divided in around 160 diverse campaigns. Some of the senders have chosen the Full Service users where the ET team engages with building and deployment of the messages. Other senders are given the Self Service users who have to build their own messages which are gathered and sent by us. Both these work in a great tune as we have tried to get the most out of SalesForce Marketing Cloud and it has always given us what we desire. We have also discovered a number of ways of doing a task either good ways or bad ways. While working in continuance it is realized that some activities can be done in one way while others in the other. The flexibility and ease is a great feature. We have been using SalesForce Marketing Cloud for normal as well as triggered campaigns and also for streams and transactional campaigns. The new functions can make things easy for the new users and things are made possible when you start understanding the functionality of the tool. We are so happy with our decision to utilize this great tool and we would love to recommend it to anyone who asks.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is known that there are lot of ways to get a particular task done and this is what leads to many incomplete tasks as the choices of the ways of getting the work done leads to disorientation with time.
There can be lots of changes in the field of reporting for betterment. We realised that most of the reports lying in the “out of the Box” category were not giving us the same results that they were giving when they were initially set up. There may be changes in set up requirements on our part which was a good thing.
