What are the best aspects of this product?

The system is very user-friendly and you can set up the data properly to ensure marketers operate their CRM business unit without needing IT support. The app enables users to easily recreate a customer's journey through lifecycle programs. The limitation here is not imposed by the solution, only by the marketer’s creativity. Plus, the vendor offers top notch customer support.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

More functionality can be added to the reporting feature – this will help us to summarize individual performance as part of a broad marketing campaign. The best method to manage the data is to export it to a dashboard system like Tableau and manipulate it there.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're currently testing the app with dynamic content related to buyer personas. Digital marketers today have more customer data than ever, but what is important is to learn what data can be utilized to influence behavior.
