PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

We make good use of the integration with the Salesforce software ecosystem. The app helps us manage a big component of our marketing business and is deeply embedded and self contained in the program’s other services that we use. We only recently started using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and we are seeing good results after the adoption.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The app is easy to learn, but you to have to learn new ways so that your tasks can be accomplished within the SFMC system.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have started to adopt a different marketing style for our business and are using SFMC to reach a bigger audience and to improve follow-ups on leads.
