What are the best aspects of this product?

Our marketing team of our organization has been able to approach a great number of customers with the help of the Marketing Cloud. This has allowed our team to create the campaigns which are targeted and automated that helps in the growth of business and generating revenue. The gathering of the tracks and report data into the Sales Cloud aids our sales team by providing them the important information before they attend the calls or conduct meetings with the future clients.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The user interface is somewhat complex. For a casual user, it is not easy to master the program because of the complexities. In order to put influence on some of the features, there is a great need to develop such features.

We have always been on a lookout to improve and automate the processes of our business and recently, we have been focusing on having new agents who are able to sell the products of the business.
