What are the best aspects of this product?
As now the SFMC has introduced around 15 out of more than 20 brands, it is now comfortable to send emails. We are now able to create automations which give us a number of opportunities to increase the gains and revenue.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is a lack of organization in the service team. The support team is full of wonderful people but the process of answering the queries is a little complicated and slow. The system down has been faced a number of times and this has lead to the missing of deadlines and a lot of time has been wasted, with a number of good stories losing a chance to get marketed. Thus, SFMC has been given poor reviews for adoption rates.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It has proved out to be one stop solution for managing all the emails of marketing. The business owners are enjoying a comfort of use and a quick marketing with the help of automations. A number of our brands have adopted the tool and have started to have mastery over the tool as they devote long time on it. Some have even started to use the automations in the direction of campaigns and have gained insights that bring good revenue.
