What are the best aspects of this product?

If you don’t know coding, you can still create email templates by using the platform’s content builder. But make sure the content is not too specialized. The folders option is a big highlight. The system has become more user-friendly compared to previous versions which were more suitable for IT experts.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only disadvantage is you have to perform a lot of steps to send an email. This takes up plenty of time.

We currently use the app to create lists and segmentation to send messages on our clients’ behalf to their customers.
