What are the best aspects of this product?
In Salesforce you can manage your campaigns, Data, and leads. The ability to create and customize dashboards and reports in the new Lightning version is much improved in this platform vs. salesforce classic. Salesforce allows you to create interactive, professional looking dashboards for any of the data you have in the system.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The Lightning version of Salesforce is slow compared to classic.
Un-expected errors while creating VIEW in contact.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Could have filters to see who opened and clicked on the email.
More font style and better wizard for campaign.
