Pros: In Salesforce you can manage your campaigns, Data, and leads. The ability to create and customize dashboards and reports in the new Lightning version is much improved in this platform vs. salesforce classic. Salesforce allows you to create interactive, professional looking dashboards for any of the data you have in the system.

Cons: The Lightning version of Salesforce is slow compared to classic. Un-expected errors while creating VIEW in contact.
