Salesforce CRM automates processes like that of lead generation and closing. It also manages online stores and generates receipts. Personalizing client experience is also possible through Salesforce because it helps us generate effective sales plans.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It is quite hard to learn and one must undergo training before one could learn how to use it properly. Its interface is a bit outdated too, making it hard to drag and drop files.
