What are the best aspects of this product?
I really enjoy this product, it is so flexible and customizable. It allows me to keep all pertient info about accounts and keep track of team performances. Also, it allows me to manage all accounts and team members from one place. It allows me to sync Gmail with SF through Yesware.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I don’t enjoy making reports because the process is boring and there is no auto-save option. The reports we build can be easily lost while processing lot of records. Also, it can be really complicated to clean up duplicate accounts.
