PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I can customize reports and build filters. My data is also centralized so I don't focus my time on the wrong prospects. This saved me a lot of time to focus on other work-related matters.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Filters can be hard to find and it can be hard to identify the use of each filter without a detailed explanation. It also takes time to learn how to navigate Salesforce, but I can say that it is worth the effort with its many perks and benefits.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I can track leads and convert them into opportunities. Without this app, doing this will be twice as hard. I also saved a lot of time organizing my data as Salesforce does it for me.
