What are the best aspects of this product?
Salesforce provides great integrations with sales processes and it will provide you with business card, qualification stages and lot of options so you can create opportunities. You can log-in and track tasks for every opportunity from your dashboard. There are options to send and log quotes, contracts and products and you are able to set reminders and follow up activities.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
When it comes to customizing features, the tool can be complicated. I don’t like that I have to customize multiple line items and tech specifications.
