What are the best aspects of this product?

We have found Salesforce as essential solution for our organizations. We are able to keep everything organized, to pull customized reports and to integrate all our apps with SF. Also, we are able to use various plugins with SF such as Zendesk, Marketo, Octive and other. We are able to built-out an integration to publish data to SF from our app product.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In my opinion, the tool is out-dated and bit clunky and it requires lot of steps and fileds so we can submit an opportunity to close won.
