What are the best aspects of this product?

It's the new console era. It's super fast. A great portal that you'll want to have your hands on all the time! It made it possible for our organization to scale further in terms of optimal care offered to our very own customer base. A significant increase can be seen on the sat score since we started implementing this.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Small workflow enhancements under its hood should make things even better. Opening several more ports for collaboration and integration with other third party software can help create a larger ecosystem. There's little to hate aside from its areas of opportunities.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's been a pleasure working with this service. I've never seen it do so many things. It improved the way I run my operations. Simply go through with it! I'll reward you by taking you to places you wouldn't expect.
