What are the best aspects of this product?
SalesforceIQ syncs well with Outook. Once you get the hang of it on top of tailoring the system to your preference, entering information is a very simple process.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
At first, their customer service as okay but it soon changed for the worse when we started paying them. Second, we can't add more than 300 items to the pick list. I work in the real estate industry and we monitor over 300 buildings. It was bad that Salesforce never mentioned this and we only found out after we spent so many hours learning the system. Once we spotted the issue, all support we got was series of emails and runarounds.

I wouldn't recommend this platform if you work in the real estate sector.
