Pros: It leads to improved communication in the workplace. You can easily sort out your leads in terms of contacts and send them to your colleagues with all of their information at their disposal. This will help them to know which leads to target and ensure they build a tailored campaign around the target audience. It increases customization by helping you sort your contacts without interfering with your core goals. This allows you to be more productive.

Cons: At the moment we use SalesforceIQ for relationship management and not more of tracking sales. We have not been able to find a way to connect it with our incomes or sales. It may be the system set up is complex and thus it would be better if it was simpler. We want to track sales and still manage relationships with our leads.

Pros: I notice that the task manager is not as streamlined along with the user interface.

Cons: With SalesforceIQ, my team are able to collaborate, relay opportunities via our sales and on-boarding pipeline and move responsibility for accounts while maintaining the transparency of every communication between all team members.
