What are the best aspects of this product?
SalesforceIQ is user-friendly. It captures your emails and then seamlessly links them to accounts. Everything is automated that we do not have to do a lot of the grunt work to. It is an ideal option for an entry level CRM.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I am a big fan of customization and SalesforceIQ fails miserably in this regard. While the software performs well at high level, it just doesn't offering any room for customization in many aspects, such as reports and accounts.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
SalesforceIQ is a great alternative if you want to graduate from Excel. It is more formal and more organized and helped us measure our sales performance and manage our accounts.
