What are the best aspects of this product?

SalesforceIQ captures data from various sources to keep all information up to date. There is also the collaboration functionality that allows me and my co-workers to work in the same list. I also like the software's option to maintain some information private.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The software is so good at pulling information that it gets too much data, often resulting to confusion. Plus, it does not offer multiple reporting feature like other versions of Salesforce.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use Salesforce IQ for our networking, tracking deals and leads. Collaboration and sharing information are also taken care of.
