What are the best aspects of this product?
It is easy to use. The interface is simple to get around even for a person who is not tech savvy. With that in mind, I have a large team and thus a tool such as this can be easy for them to adjust to. They can come in and start using it right away without wasting time in training.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Although simple, some of the features of the tool can be complex. For example, the opportunity feature for accounts can be complicated to add in an account. It offers a complex way to get around this. Probably they can make it more straightforward for ease of customization of the feature according to your needs.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Increase of coordination and visibility has been made possible with the help of SalesforceIQ. We can now coordinate with ease among teams, globally, without having to use a single account as we did earlier. The hustle of having to manage contacts and information on Google Spreadsheets is no longer there as we have the SalesforceIQ solution. This has enabled proper organization and thus smooth operations.
