What are the best aspects of this product?
It leads to improved communication in the workplace. You can easily sort out your leads in terms of contacts and send them to your colleagues with all of their information at their disposal. This will help them to know which leads to target and ensure they build a tailored campaign around the target audience. It increases customization by helping you sort your contacts without interfering with your core goals. This allows you to be more productive.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
At the moment we use SalesforceIQ for relationship management and not more of tracking sales. We have not been able to find a way to connect it with our incomes or sales. It may be the system set up is complex and thus it would be better if it was simpler. We want to track sales and still manage relationships with our leads.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Since we are a global company with operations in different time zones, meeting up for updates on development can be difficult. SalesforceIQ has allowed us to communicate with ease among teams as we can update each other on the progress despite the time zones differences. This has enabled us to stay on top of things and thus productive.
