What are the best aspects of this product?

It has everything in place for any modern content management tool. With an easy to use interface, you can manage contacts for your leads with ease. We can add new employees with minimum effort and training in the system and deploy them to work with the tool. Apart from that, it offers utmost visibility for all users to track prospects effectively.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The tool is amazing in terms of functionality. However, there are some capabilities that will require adding to help it function better. Although they may be considering this, it would be better to see those upgrades sooner than later.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Previously, we did not have any tool to help us with relationship management for our customers. We did everything manually which proved not only to be tiring but ineffective. Luckily, SalesforceIQ has brought better and reliable features that help us execute CRM the right and effortless way. It has also increased visibility for our employees to help drive sales and goals in the right direction.
