What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Our teams are distributed across the globe which means communication has to be efficient. SalesforceIQ has allowed us to update each other in terms of the assigned tasks and progress in general by just a click of the button. We do not have to meet in person to discuss different projects we undertake. Since we did not have a CRM tool before, our team was able to adjust with ease as it has a simple interface.
