What are the best aspects of this product?
It integrates well with Outlook which means I can easily track emails from leads or prospects. When it comes to managing emails from leads, it can be an uphill task. With outlook integration, I do not have to worry about this. In response, I can send emails to leads and know whether they read or opened the emails I send. This capability allows me to measure the success or efficiency of my campaign.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The reporting part of the tool is not there. It does not compute for commissions and percentages. In short, you cannot depend on the tool to offer numerical performance of your business in terms of the sales you have made or the increase from the previous sales. It would be better if this feature was included for reliable reporting.

It has allowed us to track all sales and prospects. When it comes to managing leads, you want to give attention to all. With this tool, you can know which prospects are being ignored and take action on the same. It acts as a watch tower for all your prospect account and thus you will not lose any potential clients due to negligence.
