What are the best aspects of this product?

Customer support has always been our challenge in the past. However, with SalesforceIQ we no longer have to wait in line for hours to get our issues heard and fixed. We can say that the tool provides better and more reliable customer service for issues we bring up during the deployment of the product. Apart from that, we can have a sales associate assigned to help us all the way.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Problems will always be there but it is how they are addressed, which can be challenging. With SalesforceIQ, I experienced some issues with the tool which I forwarded the query to the support team and then they did the same to the developers or engineers. I am hopeful that the issues will be fixed soon.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has come to solve the problem of inconsistent workflow. We can now be more productive as a team and work together for a common goal. Communication has improved with the team, which has become efficient in terms of production and smooth operation.
