What are the best aspects of this product?
SalesforceIQ sports a user-friendly interface that is so easy to navigate. I lead a large, ditributed group who works on deals on top of other stuff, so it awesome that I have a tool that they can pick up and use right off the bat.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are some functionalities that are missng, such as additional opportunities. It can be cumbersome to add individual properties for a single account. It would have been nice if SalesforceIQ has that.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
SalesforceIQ provides me with global visibility as well as a platform to coorindate all my accounts. I have an international team and we had nightmares running things on Google sheets. Coordination between multiple teams working on a single account is also a benefit.
