PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how SalesforceIQ enables me to track all emails, effectively eliminating guesswork in my team. With SFIQ, everything is so transparent that I can see where one left his work off when they are not around. The task bar is also a neat reminder when to call who, etc.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Perhaps what I don't like about SFIQ is that I don't know how to fully optimize the system. I also wish the software can create templates for emails whenever I email outside the software. I have to copy and paste email contact manually to Outlook, which is time intensive.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are still a growing business so there are things we are still in the process of learning of. Tyring to understand and build our workflows along the way, we realized that we can do more by being totally transparent.
