What are the best aspects of this product?
What I really love about SalesforceIQ is its intuitiveness. Most CRMs require going through training and tutorials but SalesforceIQ is totally different. I am able to set up several pipeliness and taught myself the ins and outs, without any Salesforce experience. For my advanced queries, the support sent prompt responses and many of them were answered by my account, Jackie Shockley.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I wish editing account information isn't complicated. Clicking a lot pencils before I can actually edit the fields takes a lot of time.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
SalesforceIQ makes it easy for me to be reminded to do followups. Also, all of my avenues for business developments, customer information, opportunities, are found in a single location.
