What are the best aspects of this product?

The software comes with structured support and service. I can rely on their support once I have questions and issues that needed professional expertise.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have experienced some challenges during log-in, when getting the software started, or even when it is already up and running. I wish it has more excel functions for analysis.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

SalesforceIQ cut down admin time and significantly enhanced productivity as sales team can update even when they are mobile.
