What are the best aspects of this product?
The tracking feature is point-on as you do not have to depend on your instincts or opinion in relationship management. It tracks emails which gives you the upper hand in terms of who you should send the emails to. It allows you to prioritize on the most important leads. You can also track a timeline on where your colleague left off so that you can take over from there. The reminders will keep you informed on the schedule you should adhere to.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is still more to do for this tool when it comes to integration with outlook. I find myself having to copy and paste an email of a lead on outlook instead as it does not offer email templates for this purpose. It would be nice if it had such a feature when you are sending email to another platform apart from the SalesforceIQ.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
As a startup, it has allowed us to automate some of the recurring processes. We aim to do less for more, and SalesforceIQ has enabled u to achieve that. Although we are still in the learning stages with the tool, it increases visibility for our team. We can edit fields to our liking and sort opportunities and leads to meet the needs of our team.
