I love how SalesforceIQ links to my email account automatically and improves the whole user experience. I can say that managing everyday life has become pretty easy.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
While it may be a great add-on to Salesforce, it is a bit unnecessary at times and is more suited for people who work in the sales department.
