What are the best aspects of this product?
SalesforceIQ is not that hard to use. We can easily onboard new hires right into the system. Also, the visibility it gives us is just great.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I used to be a Salesforce admin and I feel that there are some features Salesforce didn't incorporate with SFIQ. I am aware that some functionalities are now in the queue so all I can do now is be patient until the update the system.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Before SFIQ, our sales consultants were ineffective and cumbersome. Now that we integarted SFIQ to our workflow, our consultant are able to work well without any issue. Thanks to the visibility the system provides, which is a huge advantage for us. We are now capable of expanding our customer base and everyone now has a hand in the customer journey.
