What are the best aspects of this product?
Using SalesforceIQ right off the bat is not a problem at all. I also love how seamless the integration is between the software and Google Apps and Gmail. It easily grabs your communication history together with your accounts and contacts for quick and easy point of reference.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
While the mobile experience comes loaded with features, it is not always intuitive.
