What are the best aspects of this product?
Salesfusion continues to develop their software to further improve the user experience. In every update they roll out, there is a new tool or simpler set up that enables users to fully me to maximize the experience and enhance overall productivity. The features have become user-friendly that when I instruct others, they quickly grasp the functions in one meeting, instead of having extended training phases. On top of that, Salesfusion software maintains a huge online library of resources and guides.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I usually experience issues when I am on Google Chrome, SalesFusion just ceases. Double-clicking items no longer loads and i have to reset my cache in the browser to make it work again. Terminilogy can also be confusing because many of them are too technical.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
With SalesFusion, I can now deliver emails to both our internal and external sales agents. We are now capable of hosting landing pages for events. The tool have helped us send the required materials straight to the recipients via email.
