What are the best aspects of this product?
Salesfusion has a great customer service setup! Whenever I send a question or a request, they always give me a timely and prompt response. I have an easy communication with them which is great since we are still at the very beginning of our implementation. Also, their email builder is user-friendly and incredibly intuitive while looking great.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Salesfusion has a bit of a learning curve especially with the creation of landing pages and forms. Experience in HTML is needed to really be at ease with the system. Still, I believe that they are continuing with the development of the product and something will change for the better in the future.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Delivering monthly newsletters to individuals is a pain especially if you do it manually and without segmentation. Salesfusion enables us to send segmented emails, alert sales of lead activity and gather and track the lead process through our site.
