What are the best aspects of this product?
Their customer service is worth noting. Whenever I send an email or make a phone call on my end, I always receive a quick answer from Salesfusion. While there may be specific customer service crews that we can name that help us, I am confident that anyone at Salesfusion is highly knowledgeable about their product. Their teamwork is phenomenal, which really contributes to solving any problems. I also like that they generate a ticket for every little thing, even if the resolution was provided through phone. That means they have their customers' best interests and that really makes a big difference.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Salesfusion is still growing and the constant development of their software interface sometimes results to some features getting lost. Navigating through their modules can be a pain and sometimes it is difficult to find the things you need. I also have a problem with creating reports.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We used to spend a lot of time creating a lot of customized emails and Salesfusion drastically changed the way we work. What used to be months is now a process that takes only days.
